(a) Approve an ordinance rezoning that certain real property located on the northeast corner of Delmas Avenue and West Virginia Street from the R-2 Two-Family Residence Zoning District to the CP Commercial Pedestrian Zoning District on an approximately 0.18-gross acre site.
(b) Adopt a resolution approving, subject to conditions, a Special Use Permit to allow an existing commercial building to be occupied with a church/religious assembly use located on the northeast corner of Delmas Avenue and West Virginia Street (796 Delmas Avenue).
