Public Hearing for the Draft 2020-25 Consolidated Plan and Draft Fiscal Year 2020-21 Annual Action Plan.
...Recommendation
(a) Conduct a Public Hearing on the Draft 2020-25 Consolidated Plan and FY 2020-21 Annual Action Plan, as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), to receive federal housing and community development funding; and
(b) Provide Housing Department staff with input on the draft Plans and funding priorities.
CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17 009, Staff Reports, Assessments, Annual Reports, and Informational Memos that involve no approvals of any City action; and File No. PP17-004, Government Funding Mechanism or Fiscal Activity with no commitment to a specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment. Specific development projects that are funded as a result of the Consolidated Annual Action Plan are subject to project specific CEQA clearance. (Housing)
