PP20-008 - Temporary Extension of Certain Land Use Permits and Certain Tree Removal Permits.

Approve an ordinance of the City of San José temporarily extending the term of specified land use permits by two years from the set expiration date, and Tree Removal permits by eight months from the set expiration date.
CEQA: Exempt, CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), which states that if it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the proposal may have a significant effect on the environment, then the activity is not subject to CEQA (File No. PP20-008).
