Adopt resolutions:

(1) Amending the designation of the City Landmark (Smith House) with a reduced legal boundary for the “Smith House” on a 0.44-gross acre site located at 3556 San Felipe Road (APN: 659-04-056).

(2) Approving the Historical Property Contract (California Mills Act Contract) between the City of San José and property owner, Oakmont of Evergreen, LLC.

CEQA: Categorically Exempt, CEQA Guidelines Section 15331 for Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation. Historic Landmarks Commission recommends approval. Council District 8. (Planning, Building and Code Enforcement)
