Approve an ordinance amending Section 3.36.1290 of Chapter 3.36 of Title 3 of the San José Municipal Code to allow spouses and domestic partners of active Fire members killed in the line of duty to continue their survivorship benefits in the event that they remarry or re-establish a domestic partnership.
