(a) Accept the staff and partner agency report on digital access and inclusion, in response to City Council direction from May 5, 2020, including updates on specified topics,

(b) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Agreement with California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF) to allow for special handling and distribution of funds donated to the Digital Inclusion Fund for the purpose of relieving digital connectivity impacts caused by COVID-19.
