Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Negotiate and execute an agreement for Supplemental Law Enforcement Support Services with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority in the amount of $4,345,697 for an initial 2-year term (on or about July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022); and
(b) Exercise up to 4 one-year extensions for a total not-to-exceed amount of $13,159,156, subject to the appropriation of funds.
