Resolution Condemning Xenophobia Against the Asian Pacific Islander Community Stemming from the COVID-19 Crisis and Related Actions.

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on April 15, 2020:
(a) Adopt a resolution condemning all xenophobic and discriminatory behavior towards the Asian Pacific Islander ("API") Community arising from the COVID-19 pandemic and affirm the well-being and safety of the API community.
(b) Direct the City Manager to solicit recommendations from community-based and social justice organizations to inform the City’s strategies to combat xenophobia related to COVID-19.
