Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an Other Transaction Agreement with the Transportation Security Administration for the National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program which will partially reimburse Airport funded Police Department costs for four explosive detection canine teams for a total amount not-to-exceed $202,000 per year at the Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport for a five-year period commencing July 1, 2020, in a total reimbursement amount to the City not to exceed $1,010,000.
