...Recommendations

(a) Approve an ordinance rezoning certain real property of an approximately 7.22-gross acre site from A(PD) Zoning District to IP Industrial Park at 25, 101, & 181 Metro Drive.

(b) Adopt a resolution adopting a Site Development Permit to remove 14 ordinance-size trees, and to allow the conversion of approximately 37,974 square feet of ground floor commercial/retail space to office space and the addition of approximately 26,088 square feet to an existing 448,295-square foot office building on an approximately 7.22-gross acre site.

CEQA: Determination of Consistency with the North San José Area Development Policy Final Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 72768), the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 76041), the Envision San Jose General Plan Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 77617), and addenda thereto. Planning Director recommends approval. Council District 3. (Planning, Building and Code Enforcement)
