Adopt a resolution adopting the designation of the area generally bounded on the north by the Southern Pacific Rail Line right-of-way, on the east by Delmas Avenue, on the south by Willow Street, and on the west by Bird Avenue as the North Willow Glen Conservation Area.
CEQA: Categorically Exempt, CEQA Guidelines Section 15262 for Feasibility and Planning Studies, and Section 15331 for Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation, implementing the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended.
