Actions Related to the Purchase Order with San Diego Police Equipment Company, Inc. for Duty and Practice/Training Ammunition.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Exercise option two of four with San Diego Police Equipment Company, Inc. (San Diego, CA) for the purchase of ammunition for duty and practice/training on behalf of the San José Police Department with a new period starting on or about July 1, 2020 and ending on or about June 30, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $550,000; and
(b) Exercise up to two additional one-year options to extend the term of the purchase order with the last option year ending on or about June 30, 2023, subject to appropriation of funds.
