...Recommendations

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:

(a) Execute purchase orders with AG Painting Services (Stockton, CA), Armstrong Painting, Inc. (Stockton, CA), and Daniko Property Maintenance, Inc. (Petaluma, CA) for interior and exterior painting services for the Department of Public Works for an initial twelve-month period, starting on or about March 17, 2020 and ending on or about March 16, 2021 for a total cumulative compensation not-to exceed amount of $330,000; and

(b) Exercise up to four additional one-year options to extend the initial term of the purchase orders with the last option year ending on or about March 16, 2025, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
