Actions Related to the Purchase Orders with Sheldrake and Mumford, Inc. and Vintage Contractors, Inc. for Basketball and Tennis Court Resurfacing Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute purchase orders with Sheldrake and Mumford, Inc. (Livermore, CA) and Vintage Contractors, Inc. (San Francisco, CA) for basketball and tennis court resurfacing services for the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Services for an initial twelve-month period, starting on or about March 1, 2020 and ending on or about February 28, 2021, for a total cumulative compensation not-to-exceed amount of $500,000; and
(b) Exercise up to four additional one-year options to extend the initial term of the purchase orders with the last option year ending on or about February 28, 2025, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
