Waiver of Revolving Door Restrictions.
...Recommendations
As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on November 20, 2019, approve the request by Kyra Kazantzis, the former Senior Policy Advisor for Mayor Sam Liccardo, for a Waiver of the Revolving Door Restrictions for the work described in the attached memo previously submitted to the Rules Committee, and adopt the findings adopted by the Rules Committee and as outlined in the memo that such waiver is in the best interest of the City and consistent with the purpose of San José Municipal Code Chapter 12.10.
