...Recommendation
(a) Retroactively approve the Trash Talks held on August 23, 2019, September 27, 2019 and October 11, 2019, and approve the Trash Talk scheduled on November 8, 2019 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds; and
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
