...Recommendation
(a) Retroactively approve the D6 Faith Leaders Breakfast and Luncheon held on September 6, 2018 and the D6 Faith Leaders Breakfast held on October 31, 2019 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds; and
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
