...Recommendations
(a) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Contract Work Authorization Change Order with Pacific Gas and Electric Company for the Silicon Valley Energy Watch program extending the term through July 25, 2020 and increasing funding in the amount of $196,000, from $436,064 to $632,064.
(b) Adopt the following 2019-2020 Appropriation Ordinance and Funding Sources Resolution amendments in the General Fund:
(1) Increase the City-Wide appropriation to the Environmental Services Department for Silicon Valley Energy Watch 2019 in the amount of $196,000, from $218,032 to $414,032; and
(2) Increase the Estimate for Other Revenue by $196,000.
(c) Extend the term limit date for 2.0 Environmental Service Specialist positions assigned to the Environmental Services Department from January 25, 2020 through June 30, 2020.
