Ratification and Termination or Extension of Proclamation of Local Emergency Due to Predicted High Fire Risk Conditions and Expected Public Safety Power Shutoff.

(a) Adopt a resolution ratifying and terminating or extending the Director of Emergency Services’ Proclamation of October 26, 2019 of the existence of a local emergency resulting from predicted high wildfire risk conditions and PG&E’s notice that it would execute a Public Safety Power Shutoff affecting portions of the City of San José.
(b) Receive staff’s update on the status of the Public Safety Power Shutoff, its impact on the City of San José, and recovery efforts.
