...Recommendations

(1) Accept the First Quarter (period ending September 30, 2019) Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 for the following programs:

(a)  Debt Management                     

(b)  Investment Management  <http://www.sanjoseca.gov/index.aspx?NID=759>

(c)  Revenue Management;

(2) Forward recommendation to the City Council for the December 10, 2019 Council Meeting to adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to write-off uncollectible debts in an amount up to $381,357.80; and

(3) Refer the First Quarter Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 to the December 10, 2019, City Council Meeting for full adoption.
