Actions Related to the Purchase Orders for Sidewalk Grinding Services.

...Recommendations

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:

(a) Execute purchase orders with CB Concrete Construction (Los Gatos, CA) and Duran Construction Group (San José, CA) for sidewalk grinding services for the Department of Transportation for an initial twelve-month period, starting on or about October 29, 2019 and ending on or about October 28,2020 for a total cumulative compensation not-to-exceed $200,000; and

(b) Exercise up to four one-year options to extend the term of the purchase orders with the last option year ending on or about October 28,2024, subject to the appropriation of funds.
