City Council Policy Priority #3: Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program.

As recommended by the Community and Economic Development Committee on September 23, 2019:
(a) Approve the workplan for the phased implementation of the Public Works Contracting Program report on Council Priority #3- Disadvantage Business Enterprise Program, currently identified as the Public Works Contracting Program;
(b) Approve removal of Council Priority #3 - Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program, from the Council Priority list at the next priority setting session.
