Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Housing to negotiate and execute a Second Amendment to the grant agreement with Bill Wilson Center increasing the maximum amount of compensation by $1,560,000 from $1,120,000 to $2,680,000 to continue implementing the Rapid Rehousing for Youth and Families Program and adding the Transition In Place Housing Program For Young Adults Program.
