Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit grant applications and, if awarded, negotiate and execute grant agreements with the California Department of Parks and Recreation for the Proposition 68: Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Grant Program for an amount up to $6,400,000 for the following three projects, and include in the resolution the grant certifications required by the granting agency:
(1) Overfelt Gardens Park for $1,900,000;
(2) Emma Prusch Farm Park for $1,000,000; and
(3) Roosevelt Roller Hockey Rink for $3,500,000.
