Approve an ordinance rezoning certain real property located on the south side of The Alameda, approximately 140 feet east of Idaho Street (2137 The Alameda), from the CO Commercial Office Zoning District to the CN Commercial Neighborhood Zoning District on an approximately 0.75-gross acre site.
