Actions Related to the Purchase Order for Chevrolet Vehicle Parts, Maintenance, and Repair Services.

...Recommendations

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:

(a) Execute a purchase order with Capitol Chevrolet (San José, CA) for Chevrolet vehicle parts, maintenance, and repair services for the Department of Public Works for an initial twelve-month period, starting on or about May 22, 2019 and ending on or about May 21, 2020, for an amount not-to-exceed $80,000; and

(b) Exercise up to four one-year options to extend the term of the purchase order with the last option year ending on or about May 21, 2024, subject to the appropriation of funds.

CEQA:  Not a Project, File No. PP17-003, Agreements/Contracts (New or Amended) resulting in no physical changes to the environment. (Finance)
