C18-028 - Conventional Rezoning of the Real Property Located at 12 South 11th Street.
...Recommendations
(1) Adopt a resolution approving the 12 South 11th Street Rezoning Project Addendum to the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Final Program Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 76041), the Envision San José General Plan Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 77617), and Addenda thereto, all in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
(2) Approve an ordinance rezoning certain real property located at on the east side of South 11th Street, approximately 170 feet southerly E. Santa Clara Street (12 South 11th Street) from the CG Commercial General Zoning District to the R-M Multiple Residence Zoning District on an approximately 0.15-gross acre site.
