Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Memorandum of Understanding with the Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. in support of the American Cities Climate Challenge, establishing the terms and conditions for a working agreement and the City of San José’s American Cities Climate Challenge work plan, and further authorizing any amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding provided the value of the support to the City does not decrease.
