...Recommendations

(1) Consider the Determination of Consistency with the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Final Program Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 76041), the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No.77617), and Addenda thereto.

(2) Adopt a resolution approving the City-initiated General Plan Text Amendment to add a new policy to the Chapter 5, entitled "Urban Design and Historic Preservation," Building Mass and Architecture" Guidelines of the Alameda Urban Village Plan relating to architectural projections and rooftop equipment.

CEQA:  Determination of Consistency with the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Final Program Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 76041), the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 77617), and Addenda thereto.
