Approve the Fourth Amendment to the Consultant Agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. by extending the term of the Agreement from December 31, 2018 to June 30, 2021, which will allow AECOM Technical Services, Inc. to continue providing technical services and further support the delivery of the Fourth Street 84-Inch Interceptor Project with no additional compensation.
