Actions Related to the Agreements for Resource Adequacy Supply.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Community Energy or her designee to negotiate and execute:
(a) Energy supply contracts for Resource Adequacy contracts for November 2018 through February 2019 to support Phase 1 (City accounts) using the Edison Electric Institute Agreement or the Western Systems Power Pool Agreement in an amount not to exceed $270,000 in aggregate; and
(b) Energy supply contracts for Resource Adequacy for March 2019 through December 2019 using the Edison Electric Institute Agreement or the Western Systems Power Pool Agreement in an amount not to exceed $35,000,000 in aggregate subject to approval of the Risk Oversight Committee for contracts over $1,000,000.
