Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement between the City of San José and BKF Engineers for consultant services for the I-880/Charcot Avenue Extension Project to increase the maximum total amount of compensation by $2,680,569 from $991,367 to $3,671,936, expand the scope of services related to final design, bid, award, and construction support, and extend the term of the agreement from June 30, 2018 to December 31, 2023.
