Preliminarily approve the report, as prepared by San Jose Hotels Inc., or as modified by Council; and adopt a resolution of intention to set the time and date for the Public Hearing to disestablish the Hotel Business Improvement District, originally established under the Parking and Business Improvement Area Law of 1989, Streets and Highways Code Section 36500 et seq., on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 1:30 p.m., as the date and time for the Public Hearing on the proposed elimination of the assessed levy.
