Ratify and approve the City Manager’s execution of an Agreement with the Knight Foundation for receipt of $200,000 in grant funds to develop an Internet of Things (IoT) strategy to inform the City’s decisions about where to invest, how to finance infrastructure, how to effectively govern assets, and how to partner effectively with the private sector for the period of July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2018.
