(a)                     Approve award of a construction contract for the 2018 Remove and Replace Asphalt Concrete Pavement Project - South, to the lowest responsive bidder, O’Grady Paving, Inc. in the amount of $3,453,664.00.

(b)                     Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $345,366.40.
