As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on January 10, 2018:
(a) Approve the Day in the Park Festival scheduled on October 13, 2018, as City Council sponsored Special Events and approve the expenditure of funds; and
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
