Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit, negotiate, and execute grant Agreements with the Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority for an amount up to $100,000 for the following projects:
(a) Guadalupe Oak Grove Park Vegetation Management Project for $50,000; and
(b) Viva CalleSJ (placemaking) for $50,000.
