Approve an ordinance amending Chapter 4.70 of Title 4 of the San José Municipal Code to (1) extend the Cap Program for the Telecommunications Users Tax three years through December 31, 2020; and (2) change the 2% annual increase increment to an annual increase of 3% to take effect retroactively on January 1, 2018.
