(a) Retroactively approve travel by Councilmember Diep to Washington, DC from November 1, 2017 to November 3, 2017 to attend Equal Justice Works annual leadership development training. Source of Funds: Equal Justice Works, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and District 4 Office Budget.
(b) Retroactively approve an excused absence for Councilmember Diep from the November 2, 2017 Smart Cities and Service Improvements Committee.
