Adopt the following 2017-2018 Appropriation Ordinance and Funding Sources Resolution amendments in the General Fund:
(a) Establish the estimate for Financing Proceeds in the amount of $2,234,000; and
(b) Increase the Energy and Utility Conservation Measures Program City-Wide Appropriation to the Public Works Department in the amount of $2,234,000.
