2016-2017 City Manager’s Annual Report.
...Recommendations
(a) Accept the 2016-2017 City Manager’s Annual Report of the Finances of the City of San José in compliance with City Charter Section 701 (F).
(b) Adopt Appropriation Ordinance and Funding Sources Resolution amendments in various operating and capital funds to implement the 2016-2017 Annual Report recommendations, including appropriate technical adjustments, as detailed in Section IV of the Annual Report (Recommended Budget Adjustments and Clean-Up/Rebudget Actions).
(c) Approve the addition of 1.0 Planner IV, limit-dated through February 28, 2019, in the Planning, Building and Code Enforcement Department.
