Approve an ordinance amending various sections of Chapters 3.36 and 3.57 of Title 3 of the San José Municipal Code to implement additional revisions including but not limited to pension cost-sharing, the independent medical review panel, the Voluntary Employees’ Beneficiary Association (VEBA) and retiree healthcare based on the implementation of the Alternative Pension Reform Framework and Measure F for members of the City of San José Police and Fire Department Retirement Plan.
