Amendment to the Agreement with Caltrans for US101/Blossom Hill Road Interchange Improvement Project.

(a) Approve Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the US 101/Blossom Hill Road Interchange Improvement project (Project) to include National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) clearance to the Project and extend the completion of work to April 30, 2019 at no additional cost.
(b) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute future amendments to extend the term or modify the scope of the agreement as needed at no additional cost to the City.
