Actions Related to the Transportation Fund for Clean Air Agreement with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority.

(a) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Transportation Fund for Clean Air grant agreement with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority in an amount not to exceed $754,423.
(b) Adopt the following 2018-2019 Funding Source Resolution and Appropriation Ordinance amendments in the Building and Structure Construction Tax Fund:
(1) Increase the estimate for Revenue from Local Agencies by $664,000; and
(2) Establish the TFCA Signal Retiming appropriation to the Department of Transportation in the amount of $664,000.
