Direct the City Manager to analyze and develop extending the 15 percent Cardroom Business Tax to the Third-Party Proposition Player Services Businesses, engage with the City’s two cardrooms on possible alternative approaches, and return to the Council on August 7, 2018 with a recommended ballot measure.
