Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement between the City of San José and the San José Public Library Foundation in the amount not to exceed $1,350,000 for the fiscal administration of San José Learns and Summer Learning funds ($1,250,000) and for fundraising activities to support Library programs ($100,000).
