1. Retroactively approve various District 8 events as City Council sponsored Special Events and approve the expenditure of funds. The events are as follows:
a. Budget Town Hall and Breakfast scheduled on January 20, 2024
b. Pancake Social scheduled on January 26, 2024
c. Community Clean up at Dove Hill Park scheduled on January 27, 2024
d. Pleasant Hills Golf Course Community Workshop scheduled on February 15, 2024
e. Dumpster Day at Quimby Road scheduled on February 17, 2024
f. Evergreen Little League Clean-up day at Quimby Middle School scheduled on February 25, 2024
g. Clean-up at Brigadoon Park scheduled on March 16, 2024
h. Dumpster Day at Welch Park, Hidden Glens and Vista Verde scheduled on March 23, 2024
i. Creekside Neighborhood Community Egg Hunt scheduled on March 24, 2024
j. Eggstravaganza at Rose Terrasse Circle scheduled on March 30, 2024
2. Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the events.
3. Place the item on the April 16, 2024 Council Agenda for action.
